Riccardo Salvioni pursued his legal studies at the University of Lucerne, where he obtained the Bachelor of Law in 2021 and the Master of Law (with magna cum laude distinction) in 2023. During his two-year Master, he participated in an exchange semester at the Singapore Management University (SMU), honing his expertise in fintech, legal tech, international financial criminal law, and international intellectual property law. In 2023, he published his master’s thesis titled “Relationship between NFTs and copyright law with a focus on the transferability of copyright via NFTs” in the Weblaw Magister series. Since 2021, Riccardo has been actively engaged as independent consultant for various tech start-ups. Between May and October 2023, he undertook a judicial internship at the District Court of Locarno Campagna, focusing on civil procedure. In November 2023 he furthered his professional experience through an internship at a consultancy firm specializing in financial law. From December to February 2024, he deepened his understanding of criminal law during a judicial internship at the District Court of Cevio. Since March 2023, he has been serving as a trainee lawyer at CBM law and notary firm.
