Rebeca Laís Sprea studied Law at the University of Fribourg, where she obtained a Bachelor of Law in 2019 and a Master of Law in 2021. Subsequently, she studied at the University of Vienna, obtaining an LL.M. in European and International Business Law in 2022. Between September 2021 and February 2022, she carried out her judicial apprenticeship at the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland. From March 2022 to May 2024, she worked as an assistant federal prosecutor at the Office of the Attorney General, focusing primarily on complex white-collar crimes and international mutual assistance in criminal matters.
She completed her legal traineeship at CBM Law Firm and obtained her attorney-at-law qualification in December 2025. Since 1 January 2026, she has been working at CBM Law and Notary Firm.
