Massimo Bionda graduated from the University of Bern in 1994, was admitted to the Swiss Bar since 1996 and has practised as a Civil Law Notary since 1998.
He advises and litigates primarily in the areas of inheritance, real estate, general civil, contract, and corporate law. He is also active in criminal law (economic offenses) and in administrative law, particularly in building law and public procurement.
He is also active as a Civil Law Notary.
