Attorney Elia CALATTI has been practicing law since 2023, the year he joined the CBM law office, after obtaining his Bachelor of Laws degree in 2019 (with magna cum laude distinction) and his Master of Laws degree in 2021 (with summa cum laude distinction) at the University of Lausanne.
He provides legal counsel with a particular focus on corporate law, contract law, employment law, intellectual property law, and data protection law.
In addition, he represents and defends individuals and legal entities before the relevant judicial authorities, with a focus on the following areas of civil litigation: employment law, civil liability law, insurance law, as well as tenancy law and contract law in general.
